the design process
At Kinetix, we believe that successful results can be achieved only with careful upfront planning. That's why we follow this six stage development process for all of our web and interactive projects:

1. Discover & Plan
We work with you to determine project goals, what content will be used, who your target audience is, and what your users are looking for. Our unique content organizer system will allow you to collaborate with us as you develop your content/copy, while we come up with a web marketing plan to boost your traffic and conversion rates. SEO keyword research will also be started during this step, if we will be handling your search marketing.
2. Design
We create one or more unique design concepts for your project, based on best design practices and web standards. All of our designs are tailored to fit the image you wish to convey and appeal to your target audience. Once our design proofs are ready, you will be able to view them and provide feedback from within state of the art project collaboration portal.
3. Build-Out
During this phase, we will build each page of your site using the content you provide. We use advanced search engine optimization techniques to boost your online visibility and increase your return on investment.
4. Test & Optimize
Before going live, we test your website to ensure it displays properly in all common web browsers. At this point we will also configure and optimize your web server, and implement powerful analytics systems to monitor the performance of your site over time.
5. Deploy
We guide you in creating a launch campaign for your site, using email marketing as well as social networks like Facebook and Twitter. Your site is taken online, and begins receiving traffic from your target demographic.
6. Monitor & Maintain
We use tools such as Urchin and Google Analytics (implemented in step four) to measure the growth of your site and help you further refine your advertising campaigns. Additionally, we assist you with making updates to the site and provide training for Xvantage, our robust content management system (if implemented on your site).
